The Ahmadiyya Muslim Association

Founded in 1889, the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community is spread in over 200 countries worldwide. The founder of the community is Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmadas of Qadian, who Ahmadi Muslims believe to be the Promised Messiah; whose advent had been foretold in all major world religions as a sign of the latter days. Ahmadi Muslims preach the peaceful and true teachings of Islam and are guided by a divinely appointed Caliphate. The current and 5th Caliph of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community is Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmadaba; this makes the community the single largest organized Muslim community in the world. From humble beginnings in the remote Indian village of Qadian, the current headquarters of the organization lie in Tilford, UK. The community, under the direction of its Caliph has from the very onset been at the forefront of charitable works all around the globe- especially in Africa- aiming to serve humanity in the best possible manner. His Holinessaba is recognized as a champion of world peace and the community strives to achieve this by spreading the true teachings of Islam.
